Avila and Associates completed the hydraulic portion of the Scour Plan of Action for 22 bridges in Trinity County. Work included field reviewing all 22 bridges and determining potential scour countermeasures, or recommending monitoring actions to protect the safety of the travelling public. Avila and Associates completed the project ahead of the accelerated schedule and below the allocated budget.
