Avila and Associates was retained by the Marina Coast Water District to manage their Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Marina. This included managing CEQA compliance as well as design execution and management for the six distinct project elements. These included five pipeline reaches involving open excavation and tunneling, and a new 5 MGD lift station.
